Reviews Policy

Guidelines for Reviews:

The reviewer must be at least of 13 years of age.
Reviews must have purchased and used the services by merchants before creating a review.
No offensive language.
Referring to unlawful activity is prohibited.
Discrimination based on gender, national origin, age, race, religion, marital status, sexual orientation or disability is prohibited.
Competing merchants are not allowed to post negative reviews. Violation of this policy may result in removal from site and/or other related fines.

Ownership of Reviews

QuickChore owns all reviews exclusively. QuickChore has no obligation to pay a reviewer for the reviews. QuickChore has the right to modify, translate, reproduce, transmit and distribute all content relating to reviews.

Removal of Inappropriate Reviews

Cancellation and Refund Policy

A customer may cancel services up to 24 hours before the service is rendered. If the service is cancelled prior to 24 hours before the service is rendered, that customer will not be charged. For 24 hours or less until the service is rendered, the customer may still cancel the service up to 8 hours before the service is rendered. In this case, the customer is entitled to a refund to their debit card or credit card. A refund may take 5-7 days for the customer's bank to process the funds.
