What is QuickChore?

QuickChore is the best way to order services to conquer your to-do list.

How does QuickChore work?

QuickChore is a "one stop shop" marketplace for easily finding, comparing service providers on reviews, pricing, and appointment availability, on-demand scheduling and purchasing services in your area in a few clicks.

A user simply selects a category, inputs his or her service requirements, chooses one or more service providers, schedules a service appointment with real-time confirmation and purchases the service. Immediately, the user gets a confirmation via email or text for that appointment.

There is no wait time for the service provider to confirm the appointment. This saves the user time and money.

What is the cost for using QuickChore?

There is no cost for using QuickChore.

Is your site secure?

We use all the security standards, including a secure socket layer (SSL) and only share the user's necessary information to communicate your order to the merchant. This necessary information includes the user's contact information and order details, not payment details.

Is my credit card information protected?

Yes. The information is securely transmitted and your monthly statement will reflect a charge from QuickChore.

When is my credit card charged?

For services at your home or at another site, your credit card is charged when the service is rendered.

For services at a store front, your credit card is charged when the service is rendered.

What is your refund policy?

If you cancel a service or a service provider cancels (or does not perform) a service, then you are entitled to a full refund for that service.

To collect a refund, please contact us at: info@quickchore.com. A refund may take 5-7 business days to be credited back on your credit card or debit card depending on your bank.

How do you screen your service providers?

Safety and quality are the utmost concerns for QuickChore and its customers. Service providers participate in a rigorous application process which may include interviews, background checks and other relevant screening for that type of service provider before being certified to be active on the QuickChore site.

Additionally, service providers may be vetted by independent, trusted third parties such as the Better Business Bureau or Striker Pierce LLC. A background check for a service provider uses the following information: name, address, social security and other pertinent information to authenticate whether that service provider has a credible record at the local, state and national level.

While QuickChore is a BBB Accredited Business, the individual service providers may or may not have been evaluated or accredited by the BBB. You can evaluate these companies at the BBB.

If you have any questions and/or comments regarding our screening process, please contact us at: info@quickchore.com.

How is this different than Angies List, Yelp and other online marketplaces?

QuickChore offers a complete solution for "one stop shopping" for services in your area, not just business listings, customer reviews, pricing and hours of operations.

QuickChore is the first true "one stop shop" marketplace for easily finding, comparing service providers on reviews, pricing, and appointment availability, on-demand scheduling and purchasing services in your area.
